Kranz 2022 Kirchberg Riesling Grand Cru dry 1954 Available as aLocation: The protected core of the Ilbesheimer KALMIT, south southwest slope, partially terraced. The KALMIT was formed during the subsidence of the Upper Rhine Graben in the Tertiary period. Porous landsnail limestone as a base, and the varying upper soils, such as loess, marl, or loam, make this terrain very special. Kirchberg is an old Ilbesheim single vineyard. In the 1950s, the former wine school maintained an experimental plot for Pinot Blanc
